  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Jimmy packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
